Description
T13 Mukden Mauser bayonet. Super rare bayonet TRAGICALLY BUBBAFIED by sharpening the blade (at least it's not ground) and filling in the mortise slot and catch aperture in the pommel. Grips are also Bubba's work. At least the unique crossguard remains intact. For someone with the necessary shop skills this can be restored if you are willing to sacrifice a Brazilian M1908 bayonet. The M1908 is identical in every way except the crossguard. The pommel and grips can be exchanged to bring this rare bayonet back to its original configuration. Yes, it would still be a restoration but you wouldn't have $500 or more wrapped up in it either;-)
